All rooms sleep four with two queen beds, full bath, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and daily service. Air conditioning, heat, satellite TV, and laundry on the property. Pet-friendly rooms available for an additional fee.

Rates: $129–$169/night, $774/week. Two-night minimum on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends. Check-in 3:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m.

Each home features a full kitchen, washer & dryer, refrigerator, two indoor TVs and one outdoor TV, attached deck (300 sq ft uncovered, 120 sq ft covered patio), and Wi-Fi. Pet-friendly. Strictly non-smoking.

Rates: $225–$299/night. Two-night minimum. Cleaning fee $50. Covered slip upgrade $35/night based on availability.
