All rooms sleep four with two queen beds, full bath, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and daily service. Air conditioning, heat, satellite TV, and laundry on the property. Pet-friendly rooms available for an additional fee.
Rates: $129–$169/night, $774/week. Two-night minimum on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends. Check-in 3:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m.

Each home features a full kitchen, washer & dryer, refrigerator, two indoor TVs and one outdoor TV, attached deck (300 sq ft uncovered, 120 sq ft covered patio), and Wi-Fi. Strictly non-smoking.
Rates: $249–$299/night. Two-night minimum. Cleaning fee $50. Covered slip upgrade $35/night based on availability. Pet Freindly cabins are available for $15 extra per night

Boat Rentals
We rent the widest range of boats available on Norris Lake. Pickup at Shanghai Marina any day after 8:30 a.m., return by 7 p.m. on your last day.

Reservations
- Deposit required for all reservations
- Cancellation: 30 days prior to arrival
- Gas and tax in addition to rental prices
- Pet are allowed in pet friendly cabins and hotel rooms only. A $200 fee will be added if a non pet room/cabin is found to have a pet in them.
