Lodging
Do the rooms come with towels, shampoo, and soap?
Bath towels and bar soap are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and shampoo.
How many people do the rooms sleep?
All rooms sleep four.
What's the distance to the marina?
400 yards.
Are there grills available for guests to use?
Yes — propane is provided. We do not supply charcoal.
Does the motel have Wi-Fi?
Yes, with very limited service.
Does lodging include a boat slip, and can I upgrade to covered?
The included slip is across from the motel and is uncovered. Covered slips can be added based on availability.
Are pet-friendly rooms available?
Yes, but space is limited. There's a $15-per-night pet fee.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m.
Is there a phone in the room?
No phones in the rooms — there is a community phone in the central laundry room.
Boat Rentals
Are life jackets included?
Yes — safety jackets are provided.
Are grills allowed on rental boats?
No.
Can I bring pets on the boats?
Pets are not allowed on the vessels.
Do boats come with an anchor?
Boats do not come with an anchor.
Which boats can tow tubes / skiers?
All boats except the party pontoon.
Can I keep the boat overnight?
Yes, as long as you have it rented for more than one day.
What time can I pick the boat up?
After 8:30 a.m. Boats are due back by 7 p.m. on the last day of the rental.
Do you offer delivery / pickup?
Not at this time. You're welcome to leave a car on property after picking the boat up.
What's the cancellation policy?
30 days prior to arrival.
Can I rent tubes, skis, or wakeboards?
Yes — $50 for the day or $30 for 4 hours.
Camping & RV
Is there water and electric available?
Yes — electric, water, and waste connections are available.
What electrical hookups are available?
30 / 50 amp hookups.
Can I build a deck or patio at my RV site?
Decks and patios are allowed with management approval.
What facilities are on site?
A shower and restroom facility located at the marina.
