Lodging

Do the rooms come with towels, shampoo, and soap?

Bath towels and bar soap provided. Please bring your own beach towels and shampoo.

How many people do the rooms sleep?

All rooms sleep 4 people.

What's the distance to the marina?

400 yards

Are there grills available for guests to use?

Yes, the grills come with Propane. We do not supply the charcoal.

Does the motel have wi-fi?

Yes, with VERY limited service

Does lodging include a boat slip and can I upgrade to a covered slip?

The slip included with rental is across from the motel and is uncovered. You can upgrade to a covered slip based on availability.

Are there pet friendly rooms at the motel?

Yes, but space is limited and we do charge and extra $15 per night.

What time in check in/out?

Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11am.

Is there a phone in the room?

There are no phones in the rooms but we do offer community phone in the center laundry room.

Boat Rentals

Are life jackets included?

Yes Safety jackets are provided.

Are grills allowed on rental boats?

No.

Can we bring our pets on the boats?

We do not allow pets on the vessels.

Do boats come with an anchor?

The boat does not come with an anchor.

What boats can you tow behind?

All besides the party pontoon.

Can I keep the boat overnight?

Yes, as long as you have it rented for more than one day.

What time may I pick the boat up?

Boats can be picked up after 8:30am and are due back the last day of the rental, no later than 7pm.

Do you have a delivery/pick-up service?

Not yet but we are currently working on it.

What is the cancellation policy?

30 days prior to arrival.

Can I rent tube/skis/wakeboard? How much?

Yes the rentals run $50 for the day or $30 for 4 hours.

Campground

Is there water and electric available?

Yes, we have electric, waste, and water connections available.

What electrical hookups are available?

30/50 amp hookups.

Am I able to build around my RV?

Decks and patios allowed upon management approval

What facilities are on site?

Shower and restroom facility located at marina
